Well its been a few months and life has been going exceptionally well. Things are going well with the GF, work is going well, though im not hitting the certs as fast as id like.

I was fired from my part time job at the game store but that has opened me up to a new part time job that is just taking off, Voice Acting. I have already made money with it, $20 for a DJ intro cover.

Good Afternoon all!

Life over the past few months has been.. interesting.

I turned 30 in October.. and Ive found myself getting more and more outgoing as time goes on. Its hard to explain myself, Maku may be able to put it to words better than I can, she has a knack for them.

I have a bunch of stuff I would like to get off my chest if I could. Its probably going to be a bit random, so bear with me. I know i normally try to be funny, unfortunately this post will not be among them.

This week has been very difficult for me, and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure why. I've been scatter brained and easily distracted. On top of that I have had issues sleeping again.. most nights if i manage to get 3 or 4 hours I'm lucky, and when i do sleep, I'm dead to the world...

Its been a bit of a hard week to be honest...
Ive stuck to my diet and mostly to my exercise routine.. but I'm finding aim sleeping in a lot, and feeling a bit down. Not sure why.

Breakfast: Nothing today, slept in

Lunch: Chicken wrap with spinach, Cucumber and sprouts

Dinner: Roasted salmon with rice and a salad. I forgot to snap a picture.. so you'll have to look at one o the previous meals of this type.

Saturday Breakfast - Multi-Grain Cheerios cereal with milk and whole wheat toast with peanut butter

Day 5 - Hell, its about time.

Today overall was a good day. I did cheat a little bit with a chocolate chip cookie i was given at work, and regretted it almost immediately... I was tired and lethargic for hours afterwords.

First off, the meals:

Breakfast: Life cereal in milk, same old same old.

Lunch: Veggie pita with chicken again, though this time i had a side salad as well, so extra greens!

Good Evening..

Well today went better.. I managed to sneak in breakfast, plus work in non gym exercise which is always fun.. here is how the day went

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, Life in particular in 1% milk.

Lunch: Salad from the night before with tuna wraps. The wraps are 100% whole wheat, canned tuna in water and light mayo with a little black pepper. There was two wraps and half a cheese slice in each.

Breakfast - Slept in and missed it sadly.

Lunch - leftover chicken and rice. With a salad

Snack- When i get home I had two celery ticks with peanut butter in them.

Supper: As you see in the picture, more salad iwht carrots, cheese, cucumber and celery spinach and pesto dressing. The wraps have the left over chicken and mushroom heated up with about 2 tablespoons of light...

Well day one has come and gone.. now a listing of what I ate:

Breakfast\Brunch : Scrambled eggs with cheese in a 100% whole wheat wrap. I used 2 eggs and about a 1/8th a cup of shredded cheddar.

I didn't have lunch, but I had a cinnamon bun that my parents brought over.


Supper was spinach salad with carrots, cucumber, celery, hard boiled eggs and some shredded cheddar in a raspberry vinaigrette....

Ill try to sum this up the best i can.. this post will be.. wordy...

I need to lose weight.. I've tried doing it on my own and.. well i was moderately successful for a few months then some personal crap knocked me off course. The next time i lasted a week before i fell off the wagon.. I'm trying a different method.

It will be split up into two parts.. Ill try to do them in my blog the best I can, but i need help and suggestions from people here.

Well today is a big day, while the number has no significance, im going to try and get some things I wanted to get done done.

First of all, im starting to watch what I eat again. Plus i am doing a lot more exercise. Ill be walking about 3km a day now 5 days a week.

While I wasn't as heavy as I was when i first tried to lose weight, im heavier then I want to be.

Im watching how many calories im taking in and things like salt and sugar

This is going to be very hard for me to talk about... to be honest I've never told anyone the whole story, let alone write it down.

Well ill give everyone a quick rundown of the past.. month i suppose.

I ended up getting laid off from my old job, but they ended up paying me a decent severance, so i cant complain too much.
