Today marks the end of the first day. As of today I am down almost 17lb. I have to say overall im feeling great, but one thing ive been noticing is ive been having a harder time sleeping as of late. I am using a program for the iphone/ipod touch called Lose it! and it gives me a daily calorie budget. Overall I am averaging about 400-600 calories a day under. I am eating between 1900-2000 calories a day right now. For the most part im not hungry.

Overall It seems to be going good. The app also has access to a really supportive online community. I haven't restricted any foods from my died, though I have been far more conscientious about what I eat.

Thank all you guys for being so supportive as well, I really appreciate it.

    *hugs* You can do it!

Sorry about the sleeping problems, though. Try some relaxation exercises?
