Flying into Raleigh, the state capital of North Carolina, is a bit like a Tron-wise entering of SimCity 2000. The airport looks very modern and new, with "Welcome To The Research Triangle" emblazoned in great big letters in the airport hall, and you think to yourself, oh I recognize this strategy in town-planning, large airport zoning, 100% to education funding, and upcoming space center as soon as it comes onstream.
