Maku, I got a brand new but older game I bought about 5 years ago, Ever Quest, Planes of Power, Sony product. I never tried it out. After going online with it it appears the only way to play it is online with some kind of pre-paid account. Do you know anything about this particular game? Is it good? Worth paying to play? I can't get a demo going off it without signing up for charges. Thanks, iamwombat

"and since my script was set to be an audio drama, there are a lot of visual cues in the dialogue." I must have missed a written refeence to this facet in the postings of frenzy as you produced it. I think now, it did read totally as an audio for reading with different charectors over say, the radio. I totally dig that concept, though today its outdated by video, etc. My first english teacher that really taught well IMO, had a portion of the year (7th grade) where we listened to the whole Radio broadcast of war of the worlds, then in groups of 4 we made up a story and after a few weeks of polishing it, read it over a microphone hooked up in a different room from the listeners, and it came out a speaker cabinet like a radio broadcast. It was live, really cool to do. It gave a whole new meaning to writing for the audience as well. Tour de force maku, you could perhaps start a whole new retro genre for your own ambitions in writing in this venue.

Can you transfer 'frenzy' work to the 'camp'? Not like as in cheating but just to finish it? Finishing is good, especially in writing. The whole spontaneous write thing seems cool as it really sux to do a lay out like a start to finish script, and fill in the spaces afterward...though thats how I was taught it's done. Kind of like song writing, au natural is rare and best, if you have to think about it and force it out like the dregs of the toothpaste tube it seems less than creative.
Work can get in the way of so much stuff, lol. sleep, hanging out etc. One set of parenatls out of two, thats better than 0 out two or none around to compare averages with I think. I wanted to move to Oregon once, it was kinda anti-outsiderish at the time, Alaska was the same but I had kin there to pave the way. Oregon has it's places for sure, variety of elevation and terrain, nice to visit. I saw bumper stickers with things like now that you've spent your vacation money here...leave.

I read in reverse anyway, no problem. We plan to excommunicate or expatriate to Canada one day anyway as well! I have a few friends and some family in Coeur d Alene Idaho, homebase for the furutre move back to the North West, anyways, we plans to be there next year on vacation at the least, so.. we'll look you up! I thought winning the frenzy implied it was over for the time being, seniors frenzy though, thats worth doing if its a continuation and another way to get the write out. I'm waiting to hear from Gurdur as we all are, a bit late in his posting out of Poland so to speak. Bond drive for bail may be in order, post away on the agreed background itemization, could spill over to to other photo groupd (it damn well better) lol. Oregon has its bonus attributes, just can't think of many right now, oh yeah, Devils Punch Bowl, Devils Post Pile, well on second thought. Mt. Hoody, Klamath, Berries, mushrooms and Salem. No sickies allowed, be well.

A while back, I got a virus. I wish it had been something simple as the cold or the flu, but it was a rogue antivirus. And it was actually my computer that got it. I should probably be more careful to separate myself from my machines.

*coughs*

Anyways! Unlike the one my computer got last winter, which prompted my mother to reformat my machine without backing up ANY of my data first, this one was fairly easy to remove.

So, if you have this virus, here's the...

The neighbors who've been living next door are MOVING!

In case no one has been privy to my rants about them, these lovely people like to entertain themselves by screaming at each other at odd hours for inconsequential things, throwing loud parties on nights when I need to be up at 4 AM, and having their delightful nieces and nephews over to thrash my garden plants.

Excuse me, but right now I am clicking my fucking heels for joy. I am not even shitting. And tomorrow? Tomorrow,...

Today my brother finally called to apologise to my parents. And by apologise, I mean, to play attention getting games, to try to manipulate them into doing the things they normally do, and to ask for money. And then to throw a fit when they laid down the rules- Rehab, be clean for two years, and pull your life together, and then you can come home.

No, really, that is what happened today. He called to apologize. Made his apology. Let...

When I heard about this, I just sort of went "What? lolWUT?" I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't care for Obama any more than I care for any other politician, but he's done an admirable job with the shit he's been saddled with.

What I want to see are the statistics...
