The Occupy Ashland KY demonstration is in place, I hope to see the base camp move to a more permanent location, perhaps on Monday. I live in Rush KY, Boyd County but on the Carter Co. line. I'll try to dream of you waving as you go by, I'll be snoring at that hour.

LOL! A little late for me to edit it, but it's okay if you fall over laughing.

*ends the debate by falling over and dying of laughter*

This is what I get for typing and talking at the same time!

All cats rock! Your brain percieves ethnic backgrounds rather well, though perhaps not in there entirety, Scot is in my blood matrilineally. Demonic?? Yikes! lolo

I will, as soon as I do it again. I didn't save the image as I was goofing around with the one you sent me of me. Mine didn't look as good, for some reason in this format (yours) and with color added I still just look sinister! You however came out looking all stately and regal. hhhmmmnnn. 10-speeds? I know what those are, but believe me they aren't called that anymore, we are oldies Mr. Muddleglum, and thats okay, we still rock now and again!

It came through just fine, thank you for this and the effort and time spent. Thank you very much! The eyes follow when you move, I look rather sinister in it. lol

Hello again. I just realized where the picture really came from. I use too many programs! This is from Snagit and I used Image | Filters | Emboss.

You're pretty young. I was out of thar before white glue came into vogue. We had white paste, though, which never seemed to work for me and mucilage which only made a mess for me.

There you are! I'm pretty gimpy as it is. What it reminds me of is the foil and glue art we did as kids in elementary school, remember useing cardboard, building up an image with white glue, overlaying it with aluminum foil, rubbing the foil down and coating it with dark shoe wax or polish and then buffing it with a cloth to make an antiqued finish looking 3-d art? Yes I'm that old. lol

Whatever it is, it's definately stress related. The doctors were right there. I'll get it all figured out someday.

I'm sorry that your dad has to deal with it too, but at least you've got some support.

I spent some more time talking to my mom about it; apparrently this sort of thing runs on my paternal grandfather's side of the family, but since I don't talk to my dad's side, I wouldn't have known. The good news here is that she was able to sit down wth my stepdad and draw some paralells with his dyslexia; he spent a fair number of years trying to explain to people why he had trouble reading and spelling and people wouldn't believe him because they couldn't see what was wrong. He was quite embarrassed when he realized he was doing the same thing to me. Then he sat down his mother and spoke to her about it so... Hopefully next time I visit for a family function, I won't feel like I'm under seige!

Mainly I'm wondering if the other problems didn't make this one come out. I didn't have the problem in my youth, when I started beating my eyes to death with books, but when I started doing research during the day and programming (and playing computer games...hush!) in the evenings, I started getting problems. Stress brings it out.

Your symptoms might have nothing to do with my type of problem, or whatever caused your other symptoms also gave you my type of problem, or stress uncovered it.

Whatever, I know it is, at the very least, an annoyance, especially when my brains seem to float because neither eye is tracking right. I hope for better for you.

Happily, my dad has the same problem, so we can always snipe at unbelievers from both sides. :-)

Analytic Thinking Can Decrease Religious Belief is of deep interest to me. I remember some of the things I thought back before I was of school age which portended the way I would think later analytically. Βy the time I was in college, I was seriously analyzing superstitious beliefs and finding them null and void.

Yet, now I am considered religious. According to the article, I should not be very religious. The truth is, I'm not very religious, even though I'm a Christian. Analytical...

This is my thoughts on Gurdur's Malcolm Bowden

I feel "charlatan" is going too far. I think the man is sincere. I run into his type all the time.

However, I don't agree with him. OTOH, even when I was an atheist, I was suspicious of many of the claims of the psych profession. Back in '72 it was shown that Witch Doctors had a higher cure rate, for instance. I'm happy to be seeing more and more science coming from that group in the last twenty years.

After a series of secret messages, I managed to get the enemy agents Gurdur and Never to join me at a restaurant here in Nitro, WV. I arrived early, and they arrived at about the time I figured that I would earlier in the day, so I synchronized that very well.

Gurdur was disguised as a sophisticated Kentuckian and Never as a typical Ohioan, but of course I was not fooled. I first recognized Never walking across the parking lot to provide cover and milliseconds later a quick move positioned...

This is written because too many people have the wrong idea of consequences. Warning, more religiously oriented than usual.

What is the consequence of going into a mine field and deliberately triggering a tank mine. Assuming that the mine is in 100% good condition, the consequence is a well fertilized field.

What would be the consequence of coming into my house and visiting me? You would have to put up with me. If you didn't want to put up with me you stay away. The...

Gurdur αnd Never are passing though this area! Usually the only people willing to land at Yeager airport are desperate to buy votes.

The airport Gurdur is landing in is not listed as one that has a lot of accidents. However, I've heard from pilots that its rep among them is that it's so dangerous they're scared into being extra cautious. I hope Gurdur knows that. About the caution, I mean.

They'll pass by WV State University, my alma mater. I'm hoping to post about...
