Yeah, the Blackwater training facility is about an hour from here. Those assholes drive on the highways here the same way. You'll be driving down the highway and before you even see them in your rear-view mirror there's a convoy of white Suburbans blowing by you at 90 mph. Jeremy Scahill has written a few great books on the topic.
