Colombian, medium raosted, made strong with clean drinking water, sugared. Lattes with raw sugar, no added flavorings. Turkish with sugar. Espresso with sugar. Coffe and sugar is my tour theme.

This is a great theme for any night.

That tour is wonderful. I'm just starting on the whole grind my own beans thing and it's shocking to discover that it's possible to like coffee black.

Cold brew cuts down on the acidity, as well. I did a blog post on that recently.

I used to be a barista in another life, SBC.

Shorter times when shooting the water through group handles will make it less bitter if you are doing a espresso shot, don't let it get to milky or its bitter.
