Today a friend and I are going to the next little town, Parker, to check out the reopened For Paws Bakery. We'll no doubt be bringing home some special treats for our canine companions.
The we'll head over to the Tea Leaves tea room for lunch. And I'll stock up on loose leaf teas. Last edited by Shadowfox; 02-Oct-2012 at 01:23 PM (13:23). Reason: the usual - typo |

Yup, just for dogs and cats.
The entry door was open but inside there's a garden gate to keep any loose pets inside. We were introduced to their 3 little dogs, one of whom had just been adopted from a puppy mill rescue. I got a bunch of goodies and Jackson absolutely loves the Cheese Please biscuits. They mix and bake everything right there and can show you the recipes in case your companion has any food problems. There's also a variety of small birthday cakes! And a lot of stuff for the pampered dog or cat. Plus we all get to talk about our companions, past and present. It's a lovely place and I wish it was a lot closer. |
