Default What's your favorite sort of burrito?

I think I have a new one, and I'd love to hear yours. Mine consisted of potatoes, sour cream, chives, cheddar cheese, bacon, and a chopped up softboiled egg wrapped up in a tortilla.

Well, the whites were chopped up. The yolk was all over everything else.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.........

When I'm feeling simple: refried beans, shredded chicken, and pico de gallo. Put some salsa picante on it and it's f'ing awesome. Get the small tortilla shells so you can eat a bunch of them.

When I feel like splurging: coat a piece of salmon in salt and sugar, grill it till the sugar start to caramelize, saute some onion and bell pepper, shred up some of the salmon. Again, use the small tortillas so you can eat a bunch of them.

I just ate a huge bowl of lentil soup and bread, but after writing this I'm hungry again.

"Si bacon est nefas, Nolo futurus vox!"

Can I get a translation? I googled it, but just found your post.

lol. It's supposed to be "if bacon is wrong, then I don't want to be right!" but it doesn't translate back right.

Burritos - yummmmm.

My fave = refritos made from anasazi beans cooked from scratch. Wrap in homemade flour tortilla, add some Green Mountain hot salsa, and find delight. AAAAAHHHH.
