Default Question about Islam vis-a-vis Abrahamic tradition

Although I can find references to Christianity's link to Judaism without much effort, I haven't been able to find the story of Islam's link to either and Islam is the youngest of the three. How did Islam become another branch of the Abrahamic tree?

Have you read the Koran? Much of it reads like a bad retelling of portions of the Old and New Testaments. Muslims claim they aren't, but when you're seeing the same stories, slightly rewritten? Yeah, it's part of the family. Abraham is Abraham is Abraham, dudes.

Could have sworn I posted this the other day but here goes again:

Try these links:

http://www.islamicspain.tv/Three-Fai...amicFaiths.htm

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Islam

http://www.newworldencyclopedia.org/...amic_religions

That will give you a start.

Interesting that google did not present the same sites as it did the other day!

Shadowfox, I've noticed that as well. It pisses me off... I'd like to find the same things twice in a row.
