Red onions-or any
Starch and none starch get cooked on different baking sheets.
leave skins on(nutritious part) clean well.
scrup celerite with a brush or cut of the rootiest part.
Space evenly and cut evenly
coat with olive oil.
season-salt pepper etc
preheat oven to 420 (speed bake on my oven) cook 30 mins check and flip/move at 15 mins.
serve hot (still good cold) do not salt after cooking will wilt fries.
sossosososososososoo good. got this idea from stop and shop, was excited. was even more excited the second time making them. even more the third time. etc. 11 out of 10 stars.
