Default What a ridiculous waste of time and money.

AS international aid agencies rush food, water and medicine to Haiti's earthquake victims, a US faith-based group is sending Bibles to Haitians in their hour of need.

Not just any Bible.

These are solar-powered audible Bibles that can broadcast the holy scriptures in Haitian Creole to 300 people at a time.

It doesn't even make basic sense. Even if the person is religious why the fuck would he/she pay attention to a hollering Bible while bleeding from the stump of what was his/her arm (agony tends to be a pretty attention-grabbing thing)? Shouldn't you be, you know, helping them stay alive first?

That's fucking evil, it continuously plays bible verses as your bleeding to death, paralyzed from your broken legs on some makeshift bed hoping the next God damn aid is something useful.

$100 dollars each, so 600 is $60,000. Sixty thousand fucking dollars. Wasted.

They should have sent bandages and other supplies with "WWJD" stamped on them.

...Oh, wait, that would make sense and require them to ask the question of themselves...

Hypocrisy's a bitch, ain't it?
